Youth Projects
The Aeon Project is an outreach programme created alongside our sister organisation Inspirational Youth, the objective is to support young people within local schools and within the community. The club recognises the transformative power of Brazilian Jiu jitsu for the physical and mental wellbeing of young people in the local area.
Our coaches use the Samurai Bushido code as a foundation for the work they do with young people and the virtues that they wish to instil. Every Samurai follows it, Bushido is their code of honour. To the Samurai, and to AEON, honour is everything.

As well as the 8 virtues of Bushido, young people learn self-defence techniques and practice mindfulness – including meditation, breathing practices and the importance of being able to emotionally regulate oneself.
